Ingenico called on Kohera, a Cronos Groep company, to create better, time-saving reports and analyses. Until recently, Ingenico had no detailed reports and operated more by feel than on the basis of actual figures. Working with the business intelligence team at Ingenico, Kohera went to work to create a more practical, faster approach within Ingenico. Kohera worked with the Ingenico BI team to create data warehouses and detailed PivotTables in Microsoft Excel. Now every employee at Ingenico can pass on concrete information in a quick and efficient manner.
